I bring my international experience on the shores of Lake Lecco
Forged by a long experience in other countries, actually my cuisine has remained firmly Italian: after some years in Scotland, I worked in the most luxurious hotels of the Ligurian riviera between Portofino and Rapallo, and of Switzerland, particularly in the area of St. Moritz. Liguria has marked me with the power of its vegetable world: think of oil, rosemary, herbs, the power of the flavors of the inland cuisine.
